Milestone barn was lovingly converted in 2010 from a single storey farm building to a home. It has full level access and enjoys far reaching rural views from the large oak windows. Situated on a designated ‘Quiet Lane’, in a Conservation area and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, it provides a bolt-hole to escape from today’s hectic lifestyle. We feel very lucky to have found it!

Our holiday cottage sleeps four in one double (king size) and one twin bedroom. The bathroom is fully tiled with marble and limestone and has a bath and level walk in shower. There is a fully fitted oak kitchen with range cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The light and airy open plan room has a wood burner, FreeSat TV, DVD, Wi-Fi and a telephone. The cottage has full eco under floor central heating, a completely enclosed garden and parking. There are lovely dog friendly footpath walks straight from the door. Two good village stores are within a mile and a couple of nice country pubs. All bed linen and heating is included and logs are easily available locally. Located on ‘The Paston Way’, one mile from the North Norfolk coast’s vast stretches of unspoiled sandy beaches, our holiday home is ideally positioned for exploring the surrounding woodlands, rolling countryside and truly spectacular local cliff walks. Even during school holidays, this part of Norfolk seems un-crowded and a leisurely pace of life may be savoured and enjoyed.
